On March 29, CNTIC and Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) signed an EPC contract for a transformer substation project to be built in Chumuhani, Bangladesh. With a loan from the World Bank, the project includes the construction of one 230kV GIS substation, four 132kV GIS substations and the renovation of one 132kV GIS substation. As the EPC contractor, CNTIC will undertake the project’s overall design, procurement, construction, commissioning, trial operation, etc.
