The first two 12-axle freight electric locomotives procured by CNTIC for Uzbekistan were shipped from Dalian on October 31st. The project was kicked off after advance payment was received in December last year. In 2020, the project department of CNTIC (UZ) overcame the adverse effects of the "COVID-19" pandemic, actively organized design exchanges and procurement at home and abroad, effectively solved various problems, and finally had the two locomotives shipped as the first batch, seven and a half months ahead of the first shipment date stipulated in the contract, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.
