Lately, CNTIC’s annual customer satisfaction survey activities of 2014 were successfully concluded. This survey involved with customers of executing projects since 2013 April, including the PLN and other important customers.
In this survey, customers’ satisfaction maintained at a high level, which reflected company’s good service. We should strive to satisfy customers’ demand and improve market competitive ability.
