On December 5, by project management’s careful planning, the experimental section of asphalt surface course of the Southern Transportation Development Project in Sri Lanka has been laid successfully. This achievement provided a solid foundation for constructing asphalt surface course of the remaining roads, and paved the way for accelerating the overall project schedule.
