With full support from CNTIC, proprietary equipment supply contract for GSP coal gasification unit of 210,000 MTPA DME Project owned by Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group (SNCG) was signed in Beijing on Jan. 17, 2007. Signers of the contract are SNCG, CNTIC and Siemens. To mark this event, a grand ceremony for contract signing and public announcement was held in Kempinski Hotel on the day. Wang Guoying, Vice president of CNTIC attended the ceremony and signed the contract on CNTIC’s behalf.
Officials from Office of the National Energy Leading Group and National Development and Reform Commission, Counselor Economic Affairs from German Embassy, directors from Shenhua Group and SNCG, professionals from coal industry association and engineering design institutes, representatives from Siemens PG as well as several domestic and overseas media attended the ceremony.
