According to the Circular by the General Office of Ministry of Commerce on Conducting Annual Review of ‘Certificate of Business’ of Foreign Economic Cooperative Businesses in 2005, which was issued by Ministry of Commerce under Shang He Zi［2005］No. 17, CNTIC starts the work of reviewing and replacing the current Certificate of Qualifications for Foreign Economic Cooperative Business.
In this renewal, the old Certificate of Qualifications for Foreign Economic Cooperative Business is to be replaced by the new Certificate of Qualifications for Contracting Foreign Projects and Certificate of Qualifications for Foreign Labor Service Cooperation.
In effect, this replacement of the certificates is a new check and ratification of an enterprise’s qualifications. While doing a good job in every aspect, CNTIC is active to track down in time and get familiar with the application procedures, and in the end, obtains the new Certificate of Qualifications for Contracting Foreign Projects and Certificate of Qualifications for Foreign Labor Service Cooperation.
