On November 6, China General Technology (Group) Holding Co Ltd (Genertec) held a global procurement contract signing activity at the 4th China International Import Expo. CNTIC of Genertec signed contracts with Siemens Power Automation Ltd and Phelps Dodge International (Thailand) Limited respectively for the procurement of protection relays & SAS and DFDR equipment for WBP6 project in Bangladesh, and for the procurement of cable and conductor for Package-1: Design, Supply, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 11kv New Distribution Line Including Underground Distribution System & Renovation of Existing 11kv Distribution Line on Turn-key Basis” of Power Distribution System Development Project Under DPDC area.
This event is one of the important activities held by Genertec at the 4th China International Import Expo, and the total contract amount exceeded one billion US dollars, twice more than the amount reached at last year’s Expo. The contract signing ceremony was attended and witnessed by President Lu Yimin of Genertec, as well as Zhou Mingchun, vice president and member of Party Group of Genertec. Vice President Li Zhengli of CNTIC of Genertec inked the contracts on behalf of the company.
