To strengthen the introduction of mid- and high-end technical and managerial talents and improve the company’s overall ability of selecting and identifying talents, CNTIC of Genertec held a “Golden Interviewer” special training session at the Genertec Building on September 8. President Wang Yanming of the company attended the opening ceremony and made a mobilization speech.
According to the actual needs and talent inventory and after the recommendation and selection procedures, the company has established a preliminary bank of three types of interviewers: management type, technology type and foreign language type. Forty-two interviewers selected into the bank attended the training session. The training is divided into three topics: recruitment configuration, people-post matching model, and effective interview techniques.
