On July 28, the new dry-process cement production line with a power plant of low-temperature waste heat for Qilian Mountain Cement Co., Ltd. under Lhasa Municipal Urban Construction Investment & Management Co., Ltd. (LCCI), through 20 months of construction supervised by CNTIC International, was successfully up and running, with an annual clinker output of 1.2 million tons.
