Strategic and Cooperative Framework Agreement was signed by CNTIC and Qier Machine Tool Group Company Ltd. in the city of Qiqi Haer on August 14, 2008. The participants presenting at the signing ceremony include Wang Xusheng, President of CNTIC, Sun Weiming, Party’s Secretary and Executive Vice President of CNTIC, Zhang Zhonghua, Vice President of CNTIC, Qu Bo, Board Chairman of Qier Machine Tool Group Company Ltd., Chen Gengsheng, Party’s Secretary, Zhang Quan, General Manager ,Deputy General Manager Shen Yanbin and relevant personals from the two companies.
