On January 30, 2005 the Awarding Ceremony 2004 of National Talents in Ten Fields was held in National Political Consultative Auditorium in Beijing. Mr. Jiang Xinsheng, President of CNTIC, was elected one of the “National Talents in Field of Innovation 2004” and received the award presented in person by Ismail Amat, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of NPC.
